学术报告:Widely linear adaptive filters and their applications in power systems

报告摘要:Recent advances in the augmented complexstatistics show that the covariance matrix cannot completely describe the second order behavior ofgeneral complex-valued signals, and another second ordermoment, called the complementary covariance matrix, should also be taken into account, especially when processing second order noncircular (improper)data. Intuitively speaking, this is achieved by using thewidely linear estimation model. This talk will introduce widely linear adaptive filters forthe estimation of improper complex-valued inputs, as well as their full secondorder performance analysis. Widely linear adaptive frequency estimation and unbalancedvoltage detection for power systems will also be discussed. 

报告人简介:夏亦犁,东南大学副教授、博导。获东南大学学士学位,英国帝国理工学院硕士、博士学位。主要研究方向为自适应信号处理,复数及四元数统计信号处理,以及信号处理在电力系统及无线通信中的应用。
